Rules and Conditions:
- Credit check at $50/person reimbursed on the 1st month's rent.
- 1st month's rent on deposit if the move is not immediate.
- Tenants must provide proof of civil liability insurance (Min. 2 million) and maintain it for the duration of the lease.
- No animal other than a cat.
- Non-smoking condo (cigarettes and marijuana).
-No subletting.
-No modifications to the condo, including large holes in the walls (T.V mounted on the wall, etc). Write to the owner if necessary.
- Respect the rules of the building.
- At the end of the lease, the tenant will return the condo clean and in the same condition as on the date of occupancy.
-The tenant will put the utility services in his name from the date of occupancy.
